Do you think you can’t meditate even though you think you are spiritual? Do you need to stop your mind from thinking to get into the meditative state?

This video is for you my spiritual friends, who think you can’t mediate.
I am giving a brief (and meditative) introduction and some hints how to access the meditative state. Try with maybe 5-10 minutes a day…

Helpful hints:
1) Clear your mind before you start your meditation
2) Set your intention: how do you want to feel? (joy, gratitude, peace etc)
3) Focus on your breath (slow and deep breath)
4) Bring yourself into ‘here and now’ and witness the process
5) Focus on the intended positive emotion
