What You’ll Experience:

• Guided Meditation:  Be gently led into a hypnotic state using breath techniques designed to activate theta brainwave frequencies for deep relaxation and transformation.
• Energy Clearing:  Move though 7 chakras with specific breathing patterns for each energy center and positive affirmations, promoting balance, clearing and renewal.
• Reflection & Connection:  Spend time in quiet reflection and journaling, followed by group sharing and meaningful discussion to solidify your journey.
