$25This is a powerful meditative technique, designed for “western people who have difficulties to sit still.” This technique involves a physical movement such as shaking, dance and breathwork accompanied by specific music. Osho, the founder of these techniques explains that a western person has to start with movement and chaos because this is what our mind is familiar with. After shaking, moving, breathing, dancing we can finally let go and rest in the stillness.
